Optimus ERP Platform

ERP product engineering for service and project-based organizations, focused on planning tools, FileMaker workflows, AI-assisted processing, and structured operational data.

Overview

Optimus is Team Solutions’ ERP and business automation platform for service companies. Public Team Solutions material positions the product around connected operations, mobile field work, finance, HRM, document management, analytics, and customer-facing workflows. That creates a software problem where planning, execution, administration, and reporting all need to share the same operational truth.

My work sits inside that product context: developing and maintaining FileMaker features, improving existing workflows, and fixing production issues while keeping the product usable for teams that depend on repeatable service and project processes. The portfolio framing stays focused on engineering patterns and product responsibility rather than customer-specific implementation detail.

A major part of the work has been modern planning systems for site planning, project planning, and project job planning. These interfaces use FileMaker Web Viewers with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to replace older planning screens with clearer drag-and-drop scheduling, filtering, workload indicators, multi-job operations, and FileMaker-to-JavaScript data exchange.

I also contributed to AI-assisted ERP workflows using the OpenAI API, including email classification and structured processing of invoices and order confirmations. The implementation pattern combines JSON-schema extraction, FileMaker scripting, and human review so unstructured inputs can become useful ERP data while the product workflow remains controlled and auditable.
